Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and skilled professional with expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), SharePoint (Online and On-Premises) migration, and practical experience or strong understanding of Generative AI technologies within the Microsoft ecosystem (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Syntex).
This role blends solution architecture, business process automation, migration strategy, and the implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions to drive productivity, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Power Platform Development
- Build and maintain applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven).
- Automate workflows with Power Automate.
- Design and publish insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Develop custom connectors and integrate Power Platform with Microsoft and third-party services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into low-code/no-code solutions.
- SharePoint Migration & Customization
- Lead or support migrations from SharePoint On-Premises to SharePoint Online using tools like ShareGate, Metalogix, or PowerShell.
- Conduct pre-migration assessments, plan and execute migrations, and validate post-migration outcomes.
- Define and implement best practices for seamless content migration.
- Customize SharePoint environments using SPFx, Power Platform, and modern site architecture.
- Generative AI Integration (Microsoft Ecosystem)
- Identify and implement AI-driven use cases leveraging Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Syntex, Viva, etc.
- Develop intelligent chatbots using Power Virtual Agents and Azure AI services.
- Collaborate with innovation teams to embed generative AI into business processes.
- Stay current with Microsoft’s AI advancements and provide strategic guidance to clients and internal teams.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–10 years of hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Proven expertise in SharePoint (Online & On-Premises) and migration tools.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, Dynamics 365 (optional), and Microsoft 365 services.
- Experience with Azure AI services including Azure OpenAI and Cognitive Services.
- Proficiency in REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, and scripting languages (PowerShell, JSON).
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-400, PL-900, MS-700, AI-102).
- Experience in Agile/DevOps environments.
- Knowledge of M365 governance, security, and compliance.
- Exposure to Microsoft Copilot integrations across Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Experience in developing AI proof-of-concepts or pilot projects for enterprise use.
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
